Feel ready for your long-term care interview

This app holds 60 original interview questions written for Personal Support Workers applying to long-term care homes in Canada. Every question comes with a model answer you can learn from and a short tip that explains what interviewers are listening for.

The questions are grouped into six topics you will meet again and again in long-term care interviews:

The first 10 questions are a free sample — no code needed. A personal access code opens the full set of 60.

How to use this app

1. Practise by topic. Pick a topic, read the question, and say your answer out loud before you open the model answer. Speaking it is what builds confidence.

2. Compare and adjust. Read the model answer and the tip. Notice the order of the steps and the calm, safe, in-scope approach — then make the answer your own, in your own words.

3. Try a timed mock. The mock interview gives you 10 questions against the clock, like the real thing. At the end you get a full review with every model answer and tip.

Topic practice

Choose a topic, then work through its questions. Tap “Show model answer” when you are ready to compare.

Timed mock interview

You will get 10 questions and 15 minutes on the clock. Read each question, say your answer out loud as if the interviewer is in front of you, then open the model answer and honestly rate how you did.
